Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

1. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

• Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Exchanges

• You can return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• To initiate a return or exchange, contact us with your order number and reason.

3. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed only if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.

4. Shipping Costs

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
